We enjoyed staying in Dubai tourist attractions all round trip Abudabi Ras Alkeima Sharja and wonderful metro station Bus union facilities for economic passengers and best road for vehicles. Clean citywide

I booked the hotel for a whole week and once my girlfriend visited me on a Tuesday, come Friday they denied her entry to my room.One(Richard) claims they dont permit 2people in a room. Why change now?

Locating the hotel was a challenge for our cab driver. Had to make calls to the hotel and they guided him. There streets are narrow and one way, with no parking lot for the hotel. However, the hotel is located very close to the sabkha bus station and metro, and is surrounded by shops. Naif souk is at walking distatnce. If your purpose is shopping, then this will be an ideal hotel to stay into. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. We had booked a twin room and a suite that accomodated 4 people. The bath was not very comfy. It lacked shower curtains and the water would splash and make the entire bathroom slippery. The downside of the hotel was its breakfast. There was hardly any good choice of food to eat. If you are a breakfast lover like me, I would recommend to book a room without b/fast and go out to eat. There are many restaurants near the metro, including 24/7 McDonald's. The hotel provides basic amenities including soaps, bathroom slippers, free Wi-Fi, fridge with snacks and water (at a cost). There was a vending machine just outside the hotel where the water was sold for Aed 1 only.

Hotel is in the Dubai old town in the middle of market town with gold souk, spice souk, creek and metro transport all within walking distance. The metro is a short walk and would recommend this for sightseeing in the new town. If you have booked tours then make sure you ring from hotel to request a time for pick up as some of the tours we had booked never heard of the hotel and needed to ring for directions. The staff especially the security guard really looked after us flagging down taxi's and giving advice etc. The rooms were clean and spacious with towels, fridge with snack and water (at a cost). Hairdryer on request and cleaned daily. The breakfast let the hotel down as not a huge amount of selection and to be honest not very nice. Free wifi all though not very good for things like FaceTime home, it would not connect and was turned off on our last night so we had to ask for it to be turned on again! The hotel staff told us they don't get many British people and there was a lot of African people staying at this hotel. This was evident by the reactions from the locals hense why they have and why we appreciated being looked after by security - 4 British women attracted a lot of attention from local tradesmen on the street and men staring and hanging around.

Excellent hotel. But the breakfast could be better. Richard at the reception was very helpful with our booking. Clean rooms spacious. Easy to locate. Can't complain but praise more. Just the downside was breakfast.
